Welcome to Mark Ronaldson, Auctioneer & Head of Business Development at Brendons Auctioneers Ltd

In follow up to a highly successful year in 2012, Brendons Auctioneers are delighted to have attracted a new member to the auction team, Mr Mark Ronaldson.

Mark's role will be to help develop the business to enable an increase in the number of auctions per year as part of our continued expansion programme, aimed at establishing ourselves as one of the top property auction houses in London.

Mark is already a well-established name in the auction world, with a career in property spanning 28 years. He has worked for some well-known property companies including Barnard Marcus, Willmotts in association with Andrews and Robertson, and Strettons Edwin Evans.

He is passionate about the auction market and is looking forward to shortly being back on the rostrum alongside Phillip Arnold. “The auction method of sale is a real challenge and one that I relish. To be able to provide a personal service to such a diverse audience selling a wide spectrum of properties is no easy feat. Exchanging on a property whilst meeting all expectations can be a great buzz. Where else can you be selling a block of toilets in Kent in one moment, to a beautiful old run down Victorian property in London the next. Each and every client has different expectations, the work is never dull.”
