RICS Membership for Phillip Arnold

Our Auctioneer, Phillip Arnold, has now become a member of RICS after successfully fulfilling the strict criteria required for the Assessment of Professional Competence route.

Phillip was awarded his diploma during the New Membership Ceremony at their prestigious offices at Parliament Square. He was handed his diploma by the current Chairman of RICS, Michael Newey, who also gave an excellent presentation on the work on RICS and its international importance to the audience of 13 or so other successful candidates from various parts of the property industry, along with their guests. A finger buffet and networking opportunity followed the presentation.

This means that Phillip can now add MRICS to his ever growing letters at the end of his name.
