Vacancies at Phillip Arnold Auctions

We are looking for a pro-active enthusiastic individual to join our small team.

The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years’ experience working within a residential sales setting, will have good customer service skills and be prepared to become involved in all aspects of a small, growing business. The role will require a demonstrable confidence in valuing property and people skills, on the telephone and face-to-face.

The role will also require the ability to cold call in order to develop a contact list of clients for the auction market, providing desk top valuations as a starting point for discussion for clients, covering block viewing sessions for properties to be sold at auction, dealing with the general public on a whole range of property related questions as well as taking messages for other team members.

The candidate will also need to have their own vehicle, be computer literate and be prepared to learn our internal systems for client management.

In return we can offer the right person an excellent career opportunity, with on-going professional training that will lead to the skills required to become an Auctioneer and opportunities to take over the rostrum on occasion from our own very own Auctioneer, who has over 30 years’ experience in the property sector and was President of NAVA from 2015-2016.

Salary levels: £16-18K basic with OTE earnings up to £30,000 - £32,000. This could be negotiable for an exceptional candidate.
