Property Investment - A Joint Venture? Seminar 17th November 2015

Around 40 people attended the event that Phillip Arnold Auctions were asked to co-host with Druces Solicitors on 17th November, on the relatively recent concept of syndicate buying.

After a welcome and introductions by David Bennett of Druces, Phillip Arnold provided an overview of the current property market, with a highlight on auctions. Karen Chapman from Druces then continued the evening with a presentation of syndicate buying and how it would need to be presented from a legal aspect.

Afterwards there were questions and answers and a networking opportunity with drinks and canapes.

The evening received some excellent feedback. Syndicate buying looks to be a possible solution for individuals wishing to get a step onto the property ladder, particularly within the current London market.
