Brendons auctioneers produce an amazing 100% success rate at the May 2012 auction

07/05/2012

may_2012_auctionFollowing an enormous amount of pre-auction interest, exceptionally strong bidding occurred at our May 2012 auction, held at our regular venue of the London Ealing Hotel. The sale produced a perfect 100% success record raising 3.8m. The room was full, so much so, the Essential Information Group who record auction results, reported that they haven't seen a larger audience than that ever at a London auction held outside of the main West End in London.

A variety of regular and first time auction buyers attended the sale and the feedback received has been overwhelming. Some comments were:-

Excellent performance Phil. Really, very well done!!! Congrats to you and Julie. (Mr J. from Bucks)

Having attended yesterday's auction with a view to buying, I would like to say it was very well run. (Mr B. from Hants)

Can I just say a big thanks to you and your team for the continued updates in relation to this auction. Both myself and partner experienced our first property auction at The London Ealing Hotel yesterday and were very impressed I have to say. (Mr.C. from Sussex)

You are the best firm of auctioneers I've visited. The mixture of humour and professionalism from the auctioneer made it a very enjoyable experience. ( Mr.C. from London)
